Robby Thomas
Robby Thomas is the Vice President of Asset Management for Camino Verde Group. Before working with CVG, Robby began his banking career at Bank of America, Sovereign Bank and the nation's largest African-American Bank, OneUnited Bank.
Robby’s wealth of experience and skillset have distinguished him as a leader in financial services and the nonprofit sector. He serves as the President and Chairman of the Greater Grove Hall Main Streets (a community-based economic development initiative in partnership with local stakeholders and the City of Boston). Robby has also served as a director and officer of the Grove Hall Neighborhood Development Corp, a multi-million-dollar community-based real estate developer of low-income housing.
Mujahid Ramadan
Mujahid Ramadan is also a CVG advisor and the founder and CEO of M.R. Consulting, a diversity training and consulting firm. Before starting his consulting firm, Ramadan served as CEO of Nevada Partners Organization, Inc. He developed and implemented the welfare-to-work initiative programs designed and facilitated the Metro Police Department's Academy Diversity program. Additionally, Mujahid participated in the design and implementation of MGM MIRAGE Diversity and Hiring Promotion Outreach in Southern Nevada and Detroit.
Mujahid served as U.S. Senator Harry Reid's regional representative before joining former Governor Bob Miller's cabinet, where he was appointed Nevada State Drug Policy Director. In addition, Ramadan was an advisor to the President's Faith Community Initiative, a board member of the Inter-Faith Council for Workers Justice, a participant in the National Leadership Summit on Race Relations and America’s Public Education System and a trainer for the Justice Department Violent Crimes Program.
