CVG partners with ELK Development on pioneering co-living projects in Southern California. Initially providing expertise at the company's launch, CVG is now actively involved in constructing four micro-unit projects.

One of these projects is the Miles at Harvard, a cutting-edge community located in Koreatown's Opportunity Zone. This development spans 39,000 square feet, offering all-inclusive, fully furnished accommodations with 40 full units and 86 micro units. The property opened its doors in May 2023.
