This innovative co-living development in Los Angeles is designed as a 24-unit, 66-suite project, featuring furnished "micro-suites." Positioned on 0.24 acres within a Los Angeles Opportunity Zone, the development is under a $20 million contract, contributing to the enhancement of urban living spaces.
