Collaborating with ELK Development and Sixty West, CVG is actively engaged in a 49-unit co-living development in downtown Hollywood. Situated on 0.5 acres within a downtown Hollywood Opportunity Zone, this $45 million project is designed to feature 179 furnished "micro-suites." As part of the general partnership, CVG is under contract for the development, contributing to the dynamic growth and transformation of the Hollywood landscape.
